We provide dedicated CAT and DOG wards to ensure every patient enjoys a calm, comfortable, and stress‑free stay. All cages are clean, warm, and generously sized to suit your pet’s needs.

For our smaller patients, we also offer appropriately sized hospitalization cages suitable for rabbits and a range of exotic species.

Cat Hospitalisation

We have a warm, well‑ventilated ICU hospital ward designed exclusively for cats. This quiet, species‑specific space ensures our feline patients feel safe and comfortable during their stay.

Our ICU features nine large fibreglass cages with secure metal‑front doors, all designed for excellent hygiene and easy cleaning. Cats enjoy a spacious, light‑filled environment where all their medical and comfort needs are met.

IV fluids can be connected easily, and we have two oxygen cages available for patients experiencing respiratory or cardiac distress.

Each cat receives:

  • Soft bedding
  • Hideaway cat houses for those who prefer privacy
  • Litter boxes
  • A selection of Hills Science Diet and Royal Canin premium wet and dry foods, tailored to their individual needs and preferences

Importantly, cats in this ward never come face‑to‑face with dogs, helping maintain a calm, stress‑free environment.

To support emotional wellbeing, we use Feliway diffusers at all times and play soothing music, helping keep stress levels as low as possible.

For times of higher demand, we also have a second dedicated cat ward with 10 additional cages, ensuring every feline patient has a comfortable space to recover.

Dog Hospitalisation

We’re fortunate to have three dedicated dog hospitalisation areas, each designed to meet different patient needs with comfort and safety in mind.

  • ICU ward for intensive monitoring and critical care
  • Contagious disease ward for isolating infectious patients safely
  • Day‑surgery kennelling area — a large, spacious zone for dogs admitted for routine procedures

All hospital wards are well‑heated, well‑ventilated, and designed to be quiet and comfortable. Noise‑baffling panels help absorb sound, reducing stress for our patients.

We also have a grassy outdoor area where dogs can enjoy gentle walks, toilet breaks, and a refreshing change of scenery.

Inside, dogs are housed in different‑sized kennels, ensuring every patient can turn around, stretch out, and lie down comfortably.

Our patients are fed a selection of Royal Canin diets, chosen according to their medical needs and what they are allowed to eat during recovery.
