Routine Surgery
Routine surgeries — including cat and dog spays and neuters — are carried out with your pet’s comfort and safety as our top priority.
Before Surgery
On arrival, your pet is gently sedated and given pain relief to ensure they remain calm and comfortable.
During Surgery
Each patient is placed under full anaesthesia for their procedure. Throughout the entire operation, a registered vet nurse provides continuous monitoring of your pet’s vital signs, wellbeing, and comfort.
Recovery
After surgery, your pet recovers on a warm heating pad in a cosy cage within our treatment room. They remain under close supervision until they are awake and stable enough to return to their own recovery cage.
Post‑Operative Care
We offer FREE post‑operative checks at:
- 3 days after surgery
- 10 days after surgery (stitch removal is completed at this visit)
These checks ensure your pet is healing well and give you the chance to discuss any questions or concerns with our team.
