Some medical conditions require more advanced imaging than what can be performed in‑clinic, and in these situations we may recommend a CT or MRI scan. These specialised scans provide detailed, three‑dimensional images that help diagnose complex problems such as spinal disease, brain disorders, certain cancers, joint abnormalities and internal injuries.
Our vets will discuss the process with you, explain why advanced imaging is recommended, and help coordinate everything so that it all runs smoothly. We work closely with referral hospitals to ensure your pet’s results are returned promptly and that treatment decisions can be made without delay. Your pet’s comfort and safety remain our priority throughout the entire process, and we continue to support you before, during and after the scan.
